Leadership Dashboard
Real-time visibility into release velocity, approval bottlenecks, and team compliance
Dashboard Overview
The Leadership Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of release management activity across the organization. It's designed for VPs, Directors, Release Managers, and anyone who needs visibility without digging into individual tickets.
Access Control
By default, the dashboard is restricted. Admins configure who can see it in Settings > Dashboard Access. Users without access are redirected to the Planning Calendar.
Dashboard Components

Attention Flags
Expandable alert cards that highlight problems requiring attention:
- Delayed Approvals — Releases waiting for approval for more than 2 days. Shows approver names and wait duration.
- Overdue Releases — Releases past their planned date that haven't been released or cancelled.
- Stale Releases — Releases stuck in Draft or Planned for more than 14 days.
- High Rollback Rate — Teams or projects with 20%+ rollback rate (minimum 3 completed releases). Click to see individual rolled-back releases with reasons.
- Freeze Window Exceptions — Teams requesting releases during freeze periods, grouped by frequency. Helps identify teams that consistently need freeze exceptions.
